Terms and Conditions for 1:1 Coaching Call

1. General Disclaimer The 1:1 coaching calls provided by The Serpent Method are intended for entertainment and informational purposes only. The owner and coach, is not a licensed professional in any field including, but not limited to, legal, financial, medical, or psychological services.

2. Not Professional Advice The information and guidance provided during the coaching calls should not be considered as a substitute for professional advice. "Isa" does not provide legal, financial, medical, or any other professional advice. Clients should seek the advice of a qualified professional for such matters.

3. Entertainment Purposes Only All coaching calls are conducted for entertainment purposes only. The content shared during these calls is based on personal experience and insights, and should not be interpreted as professional advice or a guarantee of specific results.

4. Client Responsibility Clients are solely responsible for their own actions and decisions. "The Serpent Method" and "Isa" do not take any responsibility for the outcomes of any decisions made by clients based on the coaching calls. Clients agree to use their own judgment and discretion when applying any information or guidance provided.

5. No Guarantees "The Serpent Method" and "Isa" make no guarantees or promises regarding the results or outcomes of the coaching calls. Manifestation results can vary significantly from person to person, and no specific outcomes are assured.

6. Confidentiality The Serpent Method respects the confidentiality of all clients. However, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed, particularly in cases where disclosure is required by law or where there is a perceived risk of harm.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, "The Serpent Method" and "Isa" shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the coaching services.

8. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.

9. Acceptance of Terms By booking a 1:1 coaching call, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Client also agrees to being 18 years or older and that not being at least 18 years of age allows for instant cancelation of the service. 

10. Changes to Terms The Serpent Method reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the coaching services will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
